Join us for a warm, creativity-filled two-part quilting class featuring Connie’s Cabin Quilt Block, a bold, beautiful design built from a version of friendship braid/log cabin/star-style blocks that feel both traditional and modern. Each block comes together quickly and shines with its own scrappy personality.
Affectionally dubbed the “driveway quilt” because I enjoyed making the blocks so much I couldn’t stop - my quilt grew too large for indoor layout, so I took it out to my driveway to measure it before adding the borders! Don’t be surprised if the same thing happens to you.
Between Part 1 and Part 2, you’ll have some fun, skill-building homework to keep your progress moving and your confidence growing.
